ABOUT US
For Steven, an apprenticeship at Hautes Rivières, in his native Ardennes. This was followed by Paris with Guy Savoie, then the Bristol and the Tour d'Argent. He then flew to New York to perfect his culinary skills. He then settled in Saint-Malo, first at the Nouveau Monde and then at the Grand Bé.
For Nadège, of Breton origin, the Dinard hotel school, with multiple destinations to enhance her CV and her knowledge of wines, such as Ireland at the Dunbrody Country House Hotel, Montreal, Brittany Ferries, at Delaunay in Saint-Malo and the New World as well.
Today, they offer bistro-style cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal produce and a carefully selected wine selection that complements the menu. Together, they put their expertise at your service to ensure this experience perfectly delights your taste buds.
